So far, so good...

B: 1 cup LF yogurt, banana, coffee with soy milk. (400)
L: 1/2 cup quinoa, chic pea pattie, brocolli and salsa (450)
S: granola, chocolate (300)
Total so far (1150)


Tonight -- salad, pasta and running.
